You will have a three-day window to restart your computer and complete the update after receiving a pop-up notification indicating the availability of updates. If you do not manually restart within this timeframe, the update will be completed overnight.
Importance of Updating
Microsoft will cease support for Windows 10 after October 2025, making it crucial for devices to transition to Windows 11 to receive critical security updates. Rest assured, major WVU systems and services have been tested with Windows 11 to prevent any disruptions.
