Reducing Cloud Integration

Users can reduce cloud integration by switching to a local account instead of using a Microsoft account, which syncs settings and data to the cloud. To switch, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Your info and select Sign in with a local account instead.

Additionally, uninstalling apps like OneDrive and Copilot can prevent files and AI services from syncing to the cloud. To remove these, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find the respective app, and uninstall it.

Limiting Data Collection
