PC Game Pass Expands with New Titles in November While Others Depart
Microsoft's PC Game Pass is set to welcome a host of new games in November, including highly anticipated titles like Warhammer Survivors and Thronefall. However, this influx of new content comes with the caveat that several existing games will soon be leaving the platform.
New Additions to PC Game Pass
November is shaping up to be an exciting month for subscribers of PC Game Pass. Among the new arrivals, Football Manager 27 is available now, alongside the cooperative horror game Pit of Goblin, which is exclusive to the Premium tier. On November 10, the pixel-art action game Warhammer Survivors will launch, featuring iconic champions and enemies from the Warhammer universe, developed in collaboration with the creators of Vampire Survivors.
Following closely, Thronefall will be available on November 11. This game blends strategy and action, allowing players to build a small kingdom during the day and defend it against waves of attackers at night, providing a unique gameplay experience. Additionally, Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School will join the lineup on November 5, featuring both local and online two-player cooperative gameplay.
Additional Titles Coming to the Service
Further enriching the catalog are games such as Vampire Crawlers and Void/Breaker, which joined on November 4, and others slated for later in the month, like Tanuki: Pon’s Summer on November 10, and Hope in the City on November 11. The month will also see the addition of John Carpenter’s Toxic Commando on November 12, followed by titles like Aphelion and Paw Patrol: Dino World on November 17.
Games Leaving PC Game Pass
As new titles are set to arrive, several games will be leaving the PC Game Pass catalog on November 15. Notable departures include 1000xResist, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Great God Grove, Moonlighter, Pigeon Simulator, Total Chaos, Winter Burrow, and Wreckfest. Additionally, popular titles such as Barbie Horse Trails, Firefighting Simulator: The Squad, Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, and Relic Hunters Legend will also be departing the service.
Microsoft has indicated that the classic titles Banjo-Kazooie and Perfect Dark will be added to the Game Pass Essential library on the same day, primarily available for cloud and console, with Halo: Spartan Assault being the lone title listed for PC.
Conclusion
This November, players can look forward to exciting new titles such as Warhammer Survivors and Thronefall, along with classics being reintroduced. However, with the departure of several games on November 15, players should act quickly to enjoy these titles before they leave the service. This ensures that players have access to both nostalgic favorites and innovative new experiences, meeting the diverse needs of the gaming community.
