As part of the Tetris 40th anniversary celebration, a new game called Tetris Block Puzzle has been launched today. This game offers a block puzzle experience with a unique Tetris twist. Players can enjoy Adventure Mode and High-Score Mode, with the option to play offline for a more casual gaming experience. Tetris Block Puzzle is free to play, with in-game purchases available. Playstudios Inc. has also hinted at more modes being added in the future.
Tetris Meets Minecraft
For fans of both Tetris and Minecraft, a new collaboration is on the horizon. Minecraft will be getting Tetris-themed armor, weapons, monsters, and blocks, creating a fun crossover experience. A Tetris DLC is set to launch on June 30, allowing players to build dungeons using special Tetrimino pieces and then explore them in the game.
