Abby, a fusion of wooden hull and cosmic whale, introduces third-person naval gameplay. Players can engage in naval battles, recruit crew members, and experience a dynamic Kraken boss fight. This mode emphasizes strategy and ship defences.
Additionally, first-person combat sees a major overhaul. A five-hit combo system adds depth, while new heavy attacks and rapid strikes diversify play. Gunplay is rebalanced with refined ammo limits and reload mechanics.

The update introduces a redesigned skill tree for crew recruitment and adds a new codex with tips and tutorials.
