Nikita Buyanov, head of Battlestate Games, announced that the 1.0 release includes four different endings. Achieving the best ending is described as a 'lifetime achievement' due to the game's challenging missions and quests. Besides the core game, Tarkov will also become available on Steam, widening its reach to more players.

- The Scav Life DLC is planned post-launch, expanding the Tarkov universe.
- Additional major events and a new location are in pre-production.
