Blue Protocol, developed by Bandai Namco, has incorporated a dancing feature into the MMORPG's social interactions, allowing players to earn rewards by participating in dance events.
Dancing Mechanics and Locations
Players can engage in dancing through various social hubs across the continent. One of the primary locations is outside the Pioneer Bureau in the center of Asterleeds, where a single keystroke can initiate dance events. These hubs host timed events and impromptu parties, offering opportunities to engage in dance interactions.
Manual dancing is accessible through the emote system by pressing ESC to enter the main menu, then selecting Actions and Emotes to find available dance options. Some dance emotes may initially be locked, requiring players to unlock them through gameplay.
Camera Mode and Dance Capture
Players can also utilize the Camera mode to engage in dancing. By pressing C to open the menu, selecting Camera, then My Emotes, players can access unlocked dance emotes. The mode allows users to scrub through dances using a progress bar, pausing at specific frames to capture favorite moments.
Blue Protocol Star Resonance marks Bandai Namco's second attempt to bring this MMORPG to Western audiences, integrating unique social interactions such as these dance events to enhance player engagement and reward systems.
