BioStat

BioStat 2007 is a professional application designed for doctors and biologists who need a tool that will allow them to carry out detailed statistical and graphic analyses. Among the different statistical options available, BioStat 2007 can calculate correlation coefficients, test variable for normality and other qualities, perform non-parametric statistical tests (2x2 tables, correlation of data, comparison of independent samples, etc...). You can also perform regression analyses (linear, logistical, step by step...) and survival analyses (Cox regression and probit analysis). BioStat 2007's interface is basically a spreadsheet with many default options to help you perform the functions mentioned above. If you have experience working with statistics applications, using BioStat 2007 should not pose any problems.
