Boondog is a platform puzzle game where you control an intrepid young man who needs to get through dozens and dozens of levels by jumping, hanging, moving objects, activating switches, and, basically, avoiding danger. The game's controls are simple, but completing a short tutorial is helpful if you want to master them. Jumping from platform to platform is a little different than you'd expect if you've played similar games, and a bad fall here is typically mortal. The game has a really impressive number of levels, which means you can play for hours and hours without stop. And, the creator's website includes a pack with additional challenges - or you can create your own with the included editor. Boondog is an entertaining game that hides the spirit of a true puzzle game under the mask of a traditional platformer.
