Breaker is a simple app that notifies you when it's time for you to take a break from work. When you start the program, you have to decide how long you want to work and when you want to take a break. This way, every time you move your mouse over the icon on the status bar, a timer tells you how much time is left. With Breaker, you can quickly see how much time is left until your next break and, more importantly, how long you have until you have to get back to work after your break is over. This is an interesting app for those of us who work on a computer every day.
