Cleartypeswitch couldn't be easier to use. You just have to mark or unmark the first box on the interface to allow or block the smoothing of the borders of any font that your computer processes. Cleartypeswitch also includes a little guide full of examples that explains the problem that may make it impossible to deactivate this smoothing manually.
