DTaskManager is designed to provide some additional features that Windows does not include. It's thus an interesting alternative to the default task manager from Windows. The program can close a process in three different ways: 'termination request,' the standard 'forced termination' with dialogue tolerance, and the 'forced termination' to detain any process running on the computer. DTaskManager also lets you pause and restart a process just like with Linux, which is a very useful feature if you need to suspend a task temporarily but don't want to end it completely. Another improvement over the Windows task manager is that you can select more than one process at a time and end them all simultaneously.
