EMCO Remote Shutdown is a remote computer management program that allows you to perform tasks such as turning off, turning on, or restarting a computer remotely. Through the Wake-on-LAN functionality, you can control all your networked computers to shut them down or use them remotely in conjunction with other programs such as TeamViewer. EMCO Remote Shutdown lets you run actions manually on the device of your choice, and you can also schedule tasks to run automatically. For example, you can set all computers to turn off at a specific time, or, conversely, turn on at the same time every morning. When you install EMCO Remote Shutdown, you can discover or add all the available computers within a local network. After executing commands on each computer, you can check whether it was completed successfully. The program has a 30-day free trial period, after which you'll need to pay. However, if you use this program with tens or hundreds of computers, the money you'll save on electricity is worth the cost. The free version is limited to adding only five local computers, with a limit of two tasks of each type for each device.
