FileSieve is a software with which you can sort the contents of any directory into folders using different methods: from the classic alphabetical order to attributes, extensions or metadata, among others. In the traditional method, the rule used for sorting will be the first letter of each file name. By default, the folder with a hash by name will store all files beginning with numbers, although this setting can be changed to store other characters that do not fall between A and Z. Likewise, several special character folders can be selected and their names can be changed. The user can also choose whether to create the entire directory structure, even if there are no files beginning with a certain letter or character. In addition, the files will be copied or moved according to the user's preferences, and, as mentioned, the software offers many methods with which to sort your files.
