Gravitation is a metaphor about the decisions you make and the consequences you face over the course of your life, expressed in a pretty original way: in a video game. With this metaphor in mind, the gameplay in Gravitation and everything that you see on the screen is divided by your actions, making up the message of the metaphor and video game. To explain it in depth depends too much on each player's individual experiences, so it's probably best that you just try it out and come to your own conclusions. As with the majority of games from Jason Rohrer, the graphics have a retro style with big pixels and coarse animations, perfectly communicating the message at the heart of this game without giving too much importance to the graphics. Gravitation is a fantastic experience that everyone should experiment with. Of course, the level of entertainment you'll get from it is not the same as a conventional video game. Instead, you'll get a gaming experience that is much more important.
