Hidden Start

Hidden Start is a tiny utility (it takes up less than 40 kilobytes) that lets you hide the console windows that notify you about running processes in Windows. You have to use simple commands, such as /NOCONSOLE, which does exactly what this utility promises; or /SILENT, which ignores any error messages that could pop up (although this isn't particularly recommended).
