You don't need to surf the web, you need a program like IconView and see the hidden icons you have in your computer. IconView Pro is a handy utility which will extract icons from EXE, DLL, Icon Libraries, and other executable files that contain icon resources. You only have to choose the file you think that includes the icons and open it with IconView, then you'll see the list of icons contained and you'll be able to extract them.
