IconViewer

IconViewer is a lite application that will give you access to any icon installed in your computer. It's pretty easy to use. You only have to open a file's Properties box, select the "Icons" tab, and just there you'll view the icons contained in the file. Then decide whether to save or copy them and enjoy your new icon collection because thanks to IconViewer you'll be able to access all icons hidden in any file.
