LAME Binaries

LAME Binaries is a compilation for Windows of the popular LAME audio codec that can export other audio formats to MP3. LAME Binaries can be used through the library lame_enc.dll or through the command line. Programs like Audacity need this library to work with the MP3 format, which is not free.
