MiComic Maker is an easy to use app that gives you the ability to create all sorts of cartoons and comics. It includes tons of ready-made drawings and memes and lets you add your own speech bubbles. The cartoon creation process is very simple. You just have to upload the images that you want to use (or use the ones that are already included in the application) and 'play with them.' You'll need an image for the backdrop of the scene and a few characters to act out the scene. The rest depends on your imagination. To create a meme, you simply have to insert the image of the meme (such as 'rageface' or any other one you like) and add the text you want. You'll have your meme ready in minutes. MiComic Maker is a really fun app that doesn't require installation, as you can use it from any folder on your hard drive or directly from a pendrive.
