MiPiTo is a simple tool that can do pings and show the results on a graph. This tool can be configured in lots of different ways, and lets you change some of the parameters that make up the graph with the final results. You can change the size of the blocks, the intervals between them, the waiting time before Timeout, and the waiting time for Time2Live.
