Movie to Gif Converter

This program allows you to convert AVI and MPEG movies to animated GIFs. You can also use it to build animated GIFs from still image JPEG, BMP or PNG images. Custom frame timing can be set up, allowing you to produce animations where certain frames display for longer times than other frames in the animation sequence. This application allows you to load up an MPEG or AVI movie and convert a section of it to an animated GIF. It's very easy, you only have to open a movie ('File' -> 'Open'), seek to the position in the movie where you want to start the animation sequence (use the track bar at the bottom), set start and end points (buttons on sides of trackbar) and then export ('Export' -> 'Export to animated GIF...'). In a few seconds (depending on the length of the sequence) you'll have your GIF ready to use.
