Off4Fit is an application that helps the user to do exercise while he or she is opposite the computer. We can exercise our eyes with five different exercises like looking at sides, up, down or simulating cross-eyed. You can also exercise your hands rotating wrists or pressing knuckles. The third exercise includes body movements and will set us doing sidesaddles or doing stretching. All these exercises will be shown by a virtual trainer. Off4fit is a curious program to do some exercise if you are hours and hours using the computer.
