PhotoFilmStrip is an application that you can use to easily create complex videos using photos on your hard drive. The first step is to choose the photographs that you want to include, which you can do by dragging and dropping them into the program's main window. Once you have them loaded, you can arrange them and adjust the amount of time each will be shown onscreen. Next, you can add background music and subtitles (both optional). Finally, you just need to choose the format and quality of the resulting video, up to Full-HD (1920x1080), and process it.
