Pochette Express is a simple tool that puts several different options in your hands for creating inserts for any kind of physical disc. By default, the program includes the appropriate dimensions for the most commonly-used formats (CD, DVD, VHS, cassettes...), but you also have the option of manually specifying the dimensions that you'd like to work with. Pochette Express imports images from any location and will automatically resize them to the new format. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to edit the new images, since the program doesn't have the capability to add text.
