Power Menu

In spite of the good performance of Microsoft's windows manager, there are lots of options that many of us turn to when it comes to managing your desktop. Power Menu is a free app for Windows that lets you add extra features to your windows so that you can efficiently operate your desktop. Power Menu lets you add features to your windows such as adjusting the level of transparency, minimizing into the system taskbar, or pinning the window so that it is always on top. All these features are adjustable by right-clicking on the title bar or on the buttons in the taskbar.
