RKS Fax is an application that will come in handy to entrepreneurs and small businesses that need to send and receive faxes but don’t own a fax. With RKS Fax you can send and receive faxes using your computer and you can manager it almost as if it were an email client. The program lets you create documents that can be easily sent. All you have to do is fill in the receiver's information and number (which you can find in your contacts list), the senders information, select the template you like most, and write in the content. Faxes are stored in the outbox, but you choose when to send them. So when you don’t want to take up your phone line for too long, you can just store all the faxes in the file and send them all together at a specific time. To receive a fax you have to do it manually as well, although this time you'll have the option of activating the receiving mode so you can get the fax without delay (at the cost of taking up your phone line). Finally, RKS Fax is compatible with printers and scanners and lets you save the documents in TIFF and PDF formats.
