ShowMyPC is a tool that enables one to solve problems computer problems from a remote location. The program is easy to use: the user who needs help starts start ShowMyPC and requests a session. A password will allow a trouble shooter at a remote location to connect to the computer of the person who needs help. The connection is made through SSH and makes for a private virtual network. ShowMyPC is a free application, but the program's developers also have web hosting and servers that are dedicated to users who need these services for their businesses.
