SmartSniff is a tool capable of displaying the content of the packets that circulate a WiFi network. Any communication that takes place via TCP/IP can be read in Ascii or hexadecimal code. It has two different capture methods: Raw Sockets and WinPcap Capture Drive. The first one doesn’t require the installation of additional software, although its functionality is limited. For this reason, it is recommended to use the second. The exploration result can be stored in three different formats: TXT, HTML, and XML. The program allows you to create filters for packets coming from any certain port, IP address, etc.
