SpeedFan is a hardware monitoring program that allows you to find out the temperature and voltage of your PC components, as well as the revolutions at which all the fans are spinning. Depending on the type of fan you have connected, you may be able to modify its speed. When you open SpeedFan, the first thing you will see is the readings screen, where you can see the CPU usage in real-time, the revolutions at which the fans are spinning, and the temperatures of your PC's components, including CPU, GPU, motherboard and hard drives, and SSD drives. At the bottom, you can see your PC components' real-time voltages and the percentage at which the system fans are spinning. You will only be able to control the speed of PWM-compatible fans, i.e., those with a four-pin connector and connected to one of these connectors on the motherboard. As a result, you will be able to see how the fan speed affects the components' temperature and the noise they can make. With SpeedFan, you can also control some motherboard and chipset settings, as well as create a screen displaying all the data of the components you decide to focus on. From SMART, you can also view the status of your storage drives, and in the graph section, you will see the temperature evolution in recent seconds and minutes.
