Web Dictate is an application that allows you to record, edit and admin voice conversations. You only have to install this lite piece of software to identify yourself and set some parameters. From then on, you'll be able to record conversations as WAV or DCT, this last one is the format of the program, that allows you to add some extra information and encrypt it. In addition, you'll be able to listen to the audio file once recorded and edited. Web Dictate is an useful application for those users who can't be online at the same time wtith their friends and they want to have voice conversations.
