WinHex

WinHex is a full Hexadecimal editor that allows you to see information that some programs hide or do not let you see. It comes with a disk editor, and directory browser for FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, RAM editor, a way of editing virtual memory of other processors, data interpreter that recognizes twenty types of different data, and editing data structures using templates. It also allows you to join, split, merge, analyze, and compare files, it has searching functions that are flexible, programming, 128 bit encryption, checksum, CRC32, digests (MD5, SHA-1, ...), irreversible deletion of confidential files, conversion formats (Binary, Hex ASCII, Intel Hex and Motorola S) supports ANSI character set ASCII, IBM ASCII, EBCDIC.
