MobaLiveCD is an application that uses the Qemu emulator to run Linux Live CDs on Windows without having to restart the computer or burn a disc. The application works with ISO-format disc images as well as actual CDs and DVDs inserted into the reader. It's also integrated into the Windows context menu, making it really easy to use. Qemu is basically an emulator that lets you run Live CDs as virtual units. It works similarly to other tools such as VirtualBox and VirtualPC. MobaLiveCD is a portable application and doesn't need to be installed, so you can keep it with you on a USB drive.
