About Menu is an extension for the Mozilla Firefox browser that lets you access 'about' pages that contain information that's not usually found in the settings or installed plugins, etc. This extension is installed as a tool menu in the browser's menu bar. In it, you can find useful pages like the settings for browser parameters; or weird pages, like a quote about the fall of the Beast (Mozilla), the appearance of a fire-shooting bird (Firebird, Firefox's old name), and thunder (Thunderbird, the Mozilla mail client). Google Cache Checker is an extension for Firefox with which you can know in a moment if a page you are visiting is included in Google´s search index or not. It can be useful, for example, to know when the last article you have uploaded to your log has been indexed, or to know if other webpages that belong to you leave some pages out of Google´s index. Day by day there are more users who use online applications such as Google Docs or Zoho. Open It Online is an add-on for Mozilla Firefox that will allow us open the files we download directly from those online applications we usually use. This is possible thank to an extra option that will appear in the download dialog box that will be added by this extension. Choose the online application you want to use to open your files. If you usually use online applications, Open It Online will be really useful, no matter if you'll open images, spreadsheets, presentations or any other kind of files.

If you have more than one user account on a website (in Hotmail, Gmail, forums ...), you may have noticed that it is impossible to have more of an active session at a time, and each time you want to switch users you need to login again. Well, if you use Firefox, there is a solution to this minor setback: CookiePie. CookiePie is a Firefox extension that lets you store different cookies for each browser window or tab, so you can sign on with two users in one place without having the cookies from one tab stop you from being new one. To activate it open the browser context menu (right mouse click) on one of your open tabs and select 'Toggle On / Off CookiePie'. In practice it is very useful if you are used to working with multiple accounts or used more than one profile on a website and want to connect with both. The fact is that with CookiePie the days of those old and annoying limitations are numbered.
