Yes, it's just like it sounds. It's weird, but that's how it is. People who play Mr Red’s adventure in The Missing Balls might think that it's easy at first, but it's not. There game does not have the option to continue, so if they kill you, you have to start all over from the beginning. Mr Red’s adventure in The Missing Balls is a 2D platformer with a very nice Christmas setting. In fact, it was developed by Killmonday, who also developed the excellent game Goscurry.

The gameplay is basically the same as in Pong, except you have a protective bar in front of your character. You have to try to beat the opponent with the ball, but the first time it hits, it will do it against this protection. After that first hit, the protection disappears and you'll be able to strike a point. The matches can be 1v1 or in pairs, in a specific number of sets. Normally, and unless players are particularly good, the matches last about five minutes. JaPong is a fun sports game that offers a very similar experience to the traditional Pong, but featuring a twist that adds a lot of depth to it.

Broken Sword 2.5 is a 'point and click' adventure game, which continues the story of the Broken Sword franchise, and fills the gap between the second and the third instalments (hence its name). The game is offered free because it has been developed solely by a team of amateurs. Broken Sword 2.5 is faithful to the visual style of the first two instalments of the series, with graphics that border on a cartoon style, some lovely two dimensional backgrounds, and logical puzzles that are not overly complex. The main difference to the earlier games, of course, is that it does not have the original dubbing. In any case, the most important thing in a Broken Sword is the storyline, and once more you get a script full of intrigue, with the American George Stobbart again caught in the eye of a storm. Other well known characters such as Nicole or Lobineau André also make an appearance to the delight of the fans. Broken Sword 2.5 is an excellent adventure game that has everything to dazzle fans of the series who saw the beautiful 2D graphics replaced by a far more ugly three dimensional look in Broken Sword 3.

The main difference is that the classic ASCII graphics have received a new layer of color and illumination, making them look really great. In addition, Brogue uses an interface that is much more comfortable and sophisticated than that of the traditional 'roguelike' games, allowing you to use the mouse to carry out all of the actions. In fact, you can hover your cursor over the enemies to learn more about them. Brogue is an excellent game to start experiencing the 'roguelike' games, as its control system is so comfortable that it makes it easier to perform some of the game's basic tasks. This is different from the traditional games, where the control system was entirely based on the keyboard. However, it still won't be at all easy to recover the Amulet of Yendor...

The story of Moments of Paranoia is as follows: there has been an accident in a laboratory where they were studying some kind of shape-shifting mutant (similar to The Thing). After it kills many laboratory workers, only three people are still alive. One of them is the creature, which has taken human form. Now, you (the only one of the three survivors with a gun) must try to figure out which of the other two is the creature by asking them different questions. In addition, you have to do so quickly, as the room will fill with gas in less than five minutes and all of you will die. Moments of Paranoia is a short adventure game in which you will have to make a very important decision. You can shoot either of the other two at any time, but you will never know for sure if you made the right decision... if there is such a thing.

The best thing about this version is that it only takes up 65 megabytes of memory, plus you simply have to decompress it into one of your hard disc's folders and then double click on the MAME executable to start playing. It’s as simple as that. Once you’ve done this, you can access the franchise's classic cast of characters, such as Eddy, Jin Kazama, Lei, Paula, Heihachi, Xiaoyu, Brian and company. All of them come with their characteristic moves, so anyone who has played the franchise before will know how to control them. The graphics in this Tekken Tag Tournament are somewhat inferior to the PlayStation 2 version we all remember. In fact, the graphics more closely resemble those from PlayStation’s Tekken 3. In spite of this, the game is still incredibly fun. Tekken Tag Tournament is a fun fighting game that you can enjoy alone, or with a friend thanks to its versus mode. This is certainly not the best version of Tekken Tag Tournament out there, but it is one of the most accessible.

Flight To Pluto is a game based on the 1988 Delfox where your main mission is to fly through outer space getting rid of all the enemy ships that try to down your craft. To do it you've just got to brush up on your marksmanship – and be fast so you don't run into anything. This version includes nine levels that get harder as you go along. Luckily, your weapons evolve progressively too so you don't get left behind. But you have to make smart use of them if you want to get very far. Besides working on your aim and speed, you've got to watch out for the asteroids that zoom into your path, especially once you make it into the atmospheres of the planets along the way, where the meteorite activity is greater. There are power-ups you can collect that help you boost your score so you can capture the top spot in the player ranking for Flight to Pluto.
