Legendary Wings is a spaceship arcade game where you have to move through a series of 2D scenarios controlling a spaceship that can destroy almost any enemy that comes its path. And there are lots of them. Throughout each level, you'll find dozens of different enemies and several types of weapons that you can use to fight them. For most of the time, you'll be fighting enemies and changing weapons, the effectiveness of which depends on the situation you're facing. That said, the most surprising thing in Legendary Wings is waiting at the end of each level, when you have to fight the respective final bosses. These come in all shapes and sizes (some are dinosaurs, others seem to be Evangelions or giant robots); they are a far greater challenge than normal enemies, and you need to use all your attack power against them. Legendary Wings is an outstanding spaceship arcade game. It doesn't have particularly good graphics, but it still offers a tremendously addictive traditional arcade experience.

MusicRacer is an arcade game where you have to skid at full speed through tracks that are created automatically to the rhythm of the music you're playing. It's similar to Audiosurf, but with a slightly simpler gameplay. To start playing MusicRacer the first thing you need to do is choose a song (if possible one with a great rhythm). That done, the game generates a track full of red and green objects. The goal is to pick up all the green ones without touching the red ones. When you finish the game, it tells you what percentage of them you got right. MusicRacer features several game modes and difficulty levels. Thanks to this you can adjust it to match your skills, as the lowest difficulty level can be really easy while the highest levels can be too much for most people. MusicRacer is a fun and original game that offers spectacular graphics thanks to the Unity engine. Now you can enjoy your favorite music in a completely new way.

Slayin is an arcade game where you control a small warrior who has to face an endless horde of terrifying monsters on a small setting. It's a pretty common concept, but it offers a rather odd kind of gameplay. Your hero is always moving with his sword pointing ahead, so any enemy that touches you immediately dies. The problem is that the scenario is really small, and there are enemies constantly coming from every side, so you have to move quickly, turn, and jump in order to kill them all before they kill you. When you kill enemies, you also level up and get money. With that money you can buy new weapons, such as longswords and armors to reduce the damage inflicted by the monsters. You can also buy traditional roast chickens in order to regain your health. As you advance in the game and level up, you'll meet new enemies and even some bosses. The minotaur and the little devil are just the first two of many other monsters that stand on your way. Slayin is a simple and addictive arcade game, but it hides quite a lot more content than it seems at first sight. For instance, you can unlock new characters like the thief after you get to a certain level playing with the warrior.

Verminian Trap is a fixed-screen arcade game that puts you in control of a space explorer stranded on an alien-infested planet, who only mission is to survive for as long as possible. All of the action in Verminian Trap develops from just one screen, where you can move around while being attacked by endless waves of enemies. Luckily, although it's possible to play one-player, Verminian Trap is built for up to four players to play simultaneously. It has a global score so you can see everyone's points. As game author Locomalito notes in the game's official page: to truly enjoy Verminian Trap, you'll need chips, drinks, and friends. And that's exactly the game's philosophy. Verminian Trap is an arcade game with traditional gameplay that could have been pulled from any arcade in the 80s. As you can imagine, it retains all of the charm and addictive power of the titles to which it pays homage.

Steampac is a maze game directly inspired by the classic Pac-Man. This version has exactly the same gameplay, but now it's with 3D graphics and a steampunk look. On each level, your goal is to eat all the balls scattered throughout the maze, trying to avoid the ghosts, which will chase you and try to eat you. Once you've eaten all the balls, you'll move on to a more difficult level where you'll do it all over again. Steampac has the traditional Pac-Man gameplay, which is probably familiar to anyone who has ever played a video game. Thanks to this visual makeover, though, it appeals to an even wider audience.

Carny Death Peddlers is a beat'em up where you play the owner of a theme park who, dressed like a clown, has to get rid of the demons from hell that have come to take over. The gameplay is simple: there's a button to block enemy attacks, another to dodge, another to attack, and another to push (strong attack). With these four buttons, you have to try to kill all the enemies you find. The enemies range from truly nightmarish creatures with pumpkin heads and knife arms, to more iconic creatures like devils and even Dracula himself. As you play, you can pick up different types of food to regain health as well as weapons like knives, bombs, and machine guns that can kill creatures faster. Zombie Portals is a two-dimensional arcade game where you need to survive attacks from endless waves of all kinds of zombies - in space. Of course, because you're in space, you'll be able to change the area's gravity whenever you want, which lets you go from floor to ceiling or from ceiling to floor in a split second. You'll run into over a dozen different kinds of zombies throughout the game, and the one thing they have in common is that they all want a taste of your brain. Some are easy to kill, while others mount more of a challenge, and may even go so far as to set traps for you to fall into. Luckily, you have the chance to collect a good arsenal of weapons to take down the zombies. The weapons will appear floating around in space, so you'll need to execute some fancy moves to reach them - but it's definitely worth the effort to get your hands on machine guns, shotguns, pistols, and more. Zombie Portals is an action game that, despite having simple controls, offers up a serious challenge thanks to some difficult levels in the game. Not only that, but it has fun graphics and an appearance by Robocop.

Repong is a remake of the classic Pong that comes with a good handful of new features, as well as excellent upgraded graphics that, while remaining relatively faithful to the original, are full of lights, explosions, and particle effects. Repong has three different game modes: normal, where you play Pong with random power-ups; crazy ball mode, where the ball moves erratically around the level; and survival mode, where you play a game up to 50 points. The power-ups that appear at random while you play include ones like a double ball, with the obvious complications that entails, or another that shuts off the lights momentarily, forcing you to play in the dark for a few seconds. In addition to these changes in playability, you can play Repong alone or in multiplayer mode against a friend, either online or over a local network. Repong is an excellent remake of the classic game that after all these years remains as fun as ever. And the new graphics go a long way to ensuring younger players will give it a shot.

Shadow Break is a complicated arcade game where you control a ninja using a ball to break down all the blocks on the ceiling of each level, in order to free the samurai that are locked up there... so that you can kill them. In practice, Shadow Break is very similar to the classic Arkanoid, except here you can perform various different moves. You can move from side to side, jump, slide quickly, and, of course, attack with your sword. Those attacks are really helpful in changing the direction of the ball, but even more so when it comes to finishing off the samurai, who will make your life very difficult once they manage to escape from their cells. When they do, not only do you have to make sure that the ball doesn't hit the ground, but you have to kill the samurai while you're at it. Shadow Break is an arcade game with a simple, traditional base that hides complicated, difficult gameplay. It's an excellent twist on a well-known concept.

Donkey-Me is a remake of the classic Donkey Kong. But this time, instead of being based on the early version of Super Mario, it's now cast with some of the most iconic characters from cinematic history, including Indiana Jones, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Ripley, Conan, and Rambo. The game has 9 different worlds coming from 10 different films. In each you'll find three phases where you control a different character and face different enemies according to the film on which it's based. In the Star Wars world, for example, you control Luke Skywalker in the first level and Han Solo in the second. Of course, you'll also face different enemies and have to rescue different characters. The gameplay in Donkey-Me is virtually identical to that of the legendary Donkey Kong. There's even the special hammer, sometimes replaced by a different weapon according to the film (a sword for Conan, a lightsaber in Star Wars, a whip for Indiana Jones). Donkey-Me is a fun arcade platformer that brings back some of the more traditional elements from the genre. The best part, though, is how it makes use of classic films like Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark, The Exorcist, Conan: The Barbarian, and First Blood, among many others.

Relic Romance is an action game where two players control robots who have to compete for three relics inside pretty big scenarios. This is actually the least important thing in the game, though. Your main goal throughout the game is to find the relics, and as you move forward you have to fight lots of different robotic enemies that come in all sizes and shapes. You can cooperate with the other players, or try to kill them if you want. This means that Relic Romance is optionally a cooperative game. Doom Ultra-Violence is a beat 'em up where you can control the famous protagonist of Doom in a completely different atmosphere. This time around, thanks to the OpenBor engine, you can enjoy Doom as though you were playing a game like Golden Axe or Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. At the beginning of the game, you can choose which weapon you'd like to start with. The shotgun is very powerful but quite slow, while the pistol, for example, doesn't deal as much damage but is a lot faster. Now, just like in a traditional beat 'em up, you can enter combinations of buttons to be able to use the rocket launcher. So using the 'special' button you can gain access to the BFG 9000, which makes destroying the enemies on your screen pure child's play. Graphically, Doom Ultra-Violence is lacking. The majority of the models have been taken directly from the original game, leaving animations - like jumping - a little clumsy. Despite its flaws, Doom Ultra-Violence is an interesting game. It may not be one of the best OpenBor games available, but it's sure to please any fans of the Doom franchise.

It's not enough to hit him in his body or in the face. You have to knock his hat off. Gentlemen Dispute is a very simple game with a delightful artistic design and very simple features (it only has two characters and one scene). Nevertheless, it has extremely entertaining mechanics. The game is divided into two parts: in the first, you have to order a computer using your radio and set it up; in the second, you have to defend your computer while it uploads the data you found. In the second part of the game, which is much longer and more fun than the first, you have to use the harpoon launcher to destroy anyone who tries to block your Internet connection and, above all else, the NSA agents trying to destroy your computer.
