Outlook for Windows is Microsoft's email app for Windows meant to replace the old Mail and Calendar apps starting in 2024. With Outlook for Windows, you can manage all your email accounts from Microsoft and other providers, such as Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud. As for Microsoft accounts, you can access any that use Hotmail, Live, and Outlook domains, among others.
After logging in with your email account, you can view all your emails in Outlook for Windows's inbox. Select any email to read it from the app's right panel. You can also delete, archive, or move emails to other folders with a single click.
Outlook for Windows not only allows you to send and receive emails, but it also helps you organize your agenda with the integrated Calendar. From the Calendar, you can create and edit events, set reminders, and sync your calendar with other devices.
Outlook for Windows also allows you to create and edit documents with Microsoft apps. This app will enable you to create new emails, events, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, or PowerPoint presentations. In addition, you can access other Microsoft apps and services, such as To-Do, which helps you manage your to-dos.
