Higan is an excellent multi-system emulator, which will allow you to easily enjoy thousands and thousands of games for more than a dozen different platforms. From the source code of Higan, two other great emulators emerged: BSNES and ARES, both with different features, which perfectly complement this marvel of emulation.

In the program’s main menu you'll find direct accesses to emulators for Super Nintendo, Megadrive, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS, PSP, Nintendo 64, Playstation, Playstation 2, Xbox, even Gamecube and Wii. Even though some of the emulators, such as the PSP and Xbox emulators, are very limited (they can barely run some of the games in good conditions), the rest of them work marvelously. If you have a powerful enough computer you can play any Wii and PlayStation 2 game with way better graphics than those on the original console. All you'll need, of course, is the original game.
