Script Hook RDR2 is a tool that allows you to run scripts and all kinds of modifications in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2). To install it, copy the ScriptHookV.dll file into the main game folder, where the RDR2.exe file is located. After that, you will need an ASI Loader to load the plugins. In the ZIP file there is one there already, called dinput8.dll. Now, you can run scripts in .asi format. To test if it works, open the game and press the F4 key. If the menu appears, then everything has been activated correctly. The menu is controlled with the numeric keypad of the keyboard (NUMPAD). The keyboard keys 2, 4, 6 and 8 can be used to navigate through the menus. With 5 you select the trainer you want to use. To go back from the menu, press 0, Backspace or F4 again. Script Hook RDR2 does not work with Red Dead Online, as all custom scripts are disabled as soon as it detects that you are connecting to online mode. Therefore, you will not be banned if you use this mod in your normal RDR2 installation. Among the upgrades that DevilutionX offers, with regards to the original Diablo, there is a significant increase in resolution, as well as support for several mods that you can find on the official website. With these mods, you can enjoy better lighting and you can even play online with up to 16 other players. DevilutionX is an excellent way to enjoy the parent of modern action RPGs on the latest computer generations. Despite how old it is, the game still offers one of the most polished experiences in the genre. What's more, unlike other games, with its durable gaming system and lovely visuals (that can be made even better), it is still a very accessible game.

One of the great advantages of Zandronum is that it automatically downloads any missing files so you can play on almost any server you find. Zandronum is a quick and convenient way to play Doom (and all its variants) online. You can play in one of two modes: cooperative, or the popular 'Deathmatch'. And, if you can't find exactly the game you're looking for, all you have to do is set one up yourself.

As you start to play Carmageddon - GTA IV you will instantly notice how the streets are filled with crazies trying to kill you at the wheel of different vehicles. Luckily, you can use any vehicle you want: motorcycles, cars, trucks, and so on. Carmageddon - GTA IV is a mod that has nothing at all to do with the story of the original game, and does not offer any improvement to the graphics or playability. It does, however, give you the chance to enjoy a different game mode, and a very funny one at that. In addition, we can easily turn this game mode on and off with the push of a button.

Cry of Fear is a total conversion of the original Half Life, which doesn´t use any files from either game. Using and old and out of date motor it manages to create one of the best horror stories we can enjoy on a computer. Furthermore, being a `mod´ it´s totally free (if we have the mentioned Half Life of course). The adventure of Cry of Fear starts when our character wakes up in a dark alleyway, confused and not exactly knowing how on earth he got there. The story starts in this typical way using the traditional horror conventions very well, but will end up being an outstanding adventure. All the action in the game is developed in first person and even though at first we won´t have any weapons other than our cellphone, a photo camera and a knife, as we go along discovering new threats we will manage to get better weapons and equipment. And we will need them, because some of the most dangerous enemies in the game will need a good shot in the face. Graphically Cry of Fear is quite old-fashioned, but taking into account that it uses a more than fifteen year old motor, it´s not quite so bad. In any case, thanks to the dark setting and the design of some of the creatures, the game produces authentic terror anyways. Cry of Fear is an outstanding mod that tells a very good horror story, and will give its players some of the biggest frights since Silent Hill.

The Dark Mod is a first-person action and stealth game inspired by the Thief saga and developed by Looking Glass Studios. The game was originally a mod of Doom 3, and in fact previously required you to have that game installed on your computer. But The Dark Mod is now an independent title, though it remains free to play. Gameplay is similar to what you'd find in the Thief games. In other words, in each mission you have to complete a series of objectives that range from killing a specific person to stealing an artifact, with some simple exploration mixed in. The thing is, your protagonist is not a warrior, but a thief. That means that instead of choosing between a wide variety of weapons to finish of your enemies, you'll have to get by with some different pieces of equipment designed to make your life a lot easier. They include smoke bombs to help you disappear, water arrows to put out torches, moss arrows to break your fall... and the ever-useful billy club to knock out enemies. The Dark Mod comes with an in-game client that allows you to download dozens of different missions, some of which were created by users. Before starting each mission, just like in the Thief games, you'll need to buy the items that you want to take with you. Graphically, The Dark Mod is spectacular. The game's visuals are loyal to its Thief saga inspiration, but with superior character and scenery models. Best of all are the excellent lighting effects. The Dark Mod is one of the best first person stealth games that you can enjoy on your PC - especially considering the fact that it's free, and contains tons of possibilities thanks to the level-editor that comes included.
