The story and setting, of course, are completely different from those of the original game, including the backstory, which you can discover in playable prequels developed by the same team. Similarly, the game includes more than a dozen new enemies and as many weapons, which have been specially designed for the mod. You will even be able to face new bosses, with spectacular designs. What makes Trench Foot stand out compared to other mods and the vast majority of first-person shooter games is that almost all the action takes place in the trenches. You will spend most of your time in narrow and claustrophobic settings, knowing that behind every corner or mound of earth you might find a new enemy pointing in your direction. This usually makes the combat fast and brutal, with no compromises. One shotgun blast at point-blank range is all it will take for enemies to bite the dust. Download Trench Foot and enjoy an excellent full conversion of Doom II. This is an outstanding mod that offers a new story, new enemies, new weapons and several hours of gameplay that will allow you to enjoy the game like the first time you played.
