To explain it in depth depends too much on each player's individual experiences, so it's probably best that you just try it out and come to your own conclusions. As with the majority of games from Jason Rohrer, the graphics have a retro style with big pixels and coarse animations, perfectly communicating the message at the heart of this game without giving too much importance to the graphics. Gravitation is a fantastic experience that everyone should experiment with. Of course, the level of entertainment you'll get from it is not the same as a conventional video game. Instead, you'll get a gaming experience that is much more important.

Passage is an experimental video game developed by Jason Rohrer in which players guide a pixelated character through his entire life, which lasts around five minutes. The controls in Passage are very simple: use the arrow keys to move your character. And that's it. You can move from left to right, as well as from top to bottom. There are two types of screens: in the first you have to dodge fireballs while crossing a bridge, and in the second you have to collect all the treasure while avoiding a dragon. The graphics, as usual, are pretty unattractive by today's standards, but if you've got more than 20 years of gaming at your back, they'll be all too familiar. Dragonfire is an enjoyable little game that will give you a good few minutes of frantic action just like the old days.

Six Shots of Whiskey is an odd video game where you simply have to create two characters, give them names, and then watch them fight. You're never actually part of the fight or control it in any way, and in the end, who wins depends on each character's stats and abilities, which are in fact just a result of the names you chose for them. This means the game uses an algorithm that, depending on the names you use, gives the characters different abilities. Some are as absurd as spitting or swearing, but some of the others include using dynamite. Six Shots of Whiskey is a very odd experimental game. Its graphics composed entirely of embroidery are without any doubt its main appeal.

Lionheart Remake is a two-dimensional platform and action game where you control Valdyn, a warrior known as 'Lionheart', whose mission is to infiltrate enemy territory in order to recover a stolen relic. This game is a remake of the original game of the same name, which was released for AMIGA in 1993. It conserves the same gameplay and graphics, but adds support for Xbox 360 controllers, which makes playing the game much easier. As you progress through your adventure, you'll need to overcome more than a dozen levels that offer the perfect mix of platforms and action. You'll spend just as much time jumping from treetop to treetop and avoiding deathly falls as you will facing off against powerful enemies. Of course, as you play you'll also run into some special enemies - final bosses - that exist to make your life truly difficult. Lionheart Remake is a classic two-dimensional title that you can now enjoy on modern computers, with modern configurations and devices. It's a blast.
