However, it hides enough secrets to keep you replaying it a few times, including a secret level that can completely change the ending. Although it might seem short, the number of scenarios, enemies, and weapons make it a fun experience that fans of classic gameplay will absolutely love. The inspiration for this game is obvious once you see all the typical creatures from the Wrath of the Titans and other animated movies with supernatural beings by Ray Harryhausen. The main actions you can do in Platformines are jumping and shooting. Normally you aren't doing anything besides that: jumping to avoid all the enemy attacks, and shooting to kill them and get their treasures. You do all this within 2D settings that are generated as you move forward. Platformines is a really fun game that combines the best of different genres, and mixes it with excellent 16-bit graphics. Although the game's story can last for about seven hours, the randomly generated scenarios make it much more than that.

Golden Axe Legend is a beat 'em up that, like most for PC, uses the OpenBOR engine, as well as a number of elements from the Golden Axe franchise to offer a new adventure in that universe full of the most pleasant surprises. Players (up to four simultaneously) can choose between several characters taken from the first two installments of Golden Axe. Among them, of course, are the warrior, the dwarf, the Amazon, and the panther man. Each of them, besides their normal attacks and magic, has a series of moves not found in the original games. In Golden Axe Legend it's possible to counterattack and pull off lots of special moves, providing some additional depth to the game's combat system. It's no longer enough to simply hammer the attack button; instead you can gesture to summon the wind or fire, to give just one example. The game's development is no longer strictly linear either; instead you can choose your own path at certain moments, going through different phases depending on the directions you take. Everything has been customized with great care and attention to make each civilisation as historically accurate as possible. Although 0 A.D. started out as an 'Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings' clone, it soon evolved into a standalone game with its own graphics engine. And it shows. 0 A.D. is very strong visually, and gets much closer to the third instalment of the 'Age of Empires' franchise. 0 A.D. is an outstanding real time strategy game that is open source and free to play. Furthermore, despite being in the very early stages of development, it already offers a far superior gaming experience to many commercial titles.

OpenCity works in a similar way to the original game from Maxis. You can start from three different kinds of plots: residential, commercial, or industrial. The development of each zone depends on different factors, like the existence of nearby roads or access to sufficient electricity. The landscape is randomly generated. Build an energy plant and electrical lines to bring power to your city. Don't forget to put in basic services like police, sanitation, and firefighters. OpenCity is still in a preliminary phase, but we hope that it will continue to be developed successfully.

To collect the return on your full investment, you have to get a good harvest and then sell it, as without an income you can't plant again. You've got eight pots per room and more than 30 different varieties, so create good combinations and get rich as you raise your weed empire. iGrow Game Demo is played in the first person, meaning you have to get involved in the game in a special way. A Man's Quest is an indie platformer with 8-bit graphics where you play a young man on an epic (though kind of short) adventure in which he has to take revenge on another boy who doesn't let him play on his tree. The gameplay is really simple: you can move the character with the cursors, jump with the up arrow, and talk with the spacebar. That's it. Two elements give the gameplay a little bit more depth: the longer you keep the jump button pressed, the further you jump; you can also pick up gloves near the beginning that let you grab ledges. The game lasts little over 45 minutes, and you can play on different types of scenarios, like woods, cemeteries, and dungeons, where you have to do complicated jumps and dodge spikes that can kill your hero at a touch. A Man's Quest is a game with retro-style graphics and gameplay. It may seem a little short, but it's still really fun. Although the story doesn't seem much of anything in the beginning, it's actually pretty interesting.

Pragmatica is a puzzle game that will test your intelligence. To play, you'll have to establish a set of parameters to guide the robots, helping them get from one box to another. The process to do that is simple: you program a series of orders before the robots begin to leave their hiding spots. For example, you can set up a rule that tells them to turn left when they get to a wall, or to turn right when they get to a dangerous box. If they crash into anything while carrying out the orders, they'll explode. Your aim is to help all the robots in each level (at the start you'll have just one) reach the other box without exploding into a thousand pieces. To do so, you'll need to take a good look at the scenes, calculate the possibilities, then test them out (with the resulting explosions) as many times as it takes. Pragmatica is a fun puzzle game that's reminiscent at times of ChuChu Rocket!, but has more depth than the SEGA Dreamcast classic.
