Smash Face Volley is an odd sports game in which you control a series of fun characters in wild volleyball games where the losers have to weather a literal shitstorm. There are fifteen different playable characters in all. If you play alone, you'll get to see a funny special sequence about each character after you beaten enough opponents. Still, the best way to play Smash Face Volley is with another friend on the same computer. Playing multiplayer won't reward you with the special scenes, but it's nice to play against a human since the computer is often way too difficult. Smash Face Volley is a fun sports game that gives you some of the most entertaining volleyball games you can imagine.

Robin is a brief game that lasts about five minutes, which lets users experience a weekend as a person with chronic fatigue syndrome. In this game, you have three days -Friday, Saturday, and Sunday- to try and start your next week on the right foot. The entire game takes place in the home of Robin, a young writer who lives in a small apartment along with her bird and plants. Each day, you have a limited number of actions to complete before you have to sleep, but you can't do them all. So, you'll have to choose. Should your feed your bird? Read a book? Cook a meal? Take a shower? Water the plants? Work? Browse the web for a bit? Pick up your room? Depending on what you do -and don't do- you'll encounter different problems when you go to sleep. And even worse, the problems accumulate, building into a mountain that makes it more and more difficult to complete tasks, especially since your character is already tired. Robin is a very interesting playable experience, where you can learn more about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. On top of all that, it has charming lo-poly graphics and lovely illustrations.

The scenes are generated procedurally in Innawoods, so you never play two games alike. During the game, you will not only run into tons of enemies that are trying to take you down, but you will also find new weapons, ponds where you can quench your thirst, campfires where you can fill your stomach, or different animals. Innawoods is a very fun survival game with very nice graphics (though the polygons are a little coarse) and a simple, addictive gameplay. In addition, you can play alone or with other players online.

This means that in every game we will find completely different challenges and situations. Although none of them will be especially original or elaborated. Our character can shoot, hit, jump, swim, scream, steal, open doors, pick up and use objects, etc. That is to say, we will have many different actions at our disposition, ready to be used whenever the occasion requires it. The best part of the game, besides being able to play alone, is that we can also play a game with a group of friends and be a little barbaric with them. Which is possible thanks to the great weapon arsenal that the game offers, which include guns, shotguns, rocket launchers, swords, etc. This promises good fun. 3079 is a very fun and original title. If its creator continue to work in it and giving it the support it needs, we might be looking at a very interesting concept.

With the resources you get while you play, you can build and improve your own operations base, where you can rest and store all your treasures. Another aspect that differentiates Lost Light from other similar games is the interaction with the other players. You can attack anyone you see, of course. But you can also join forces with them. You can even save another injured player's life, create a temporary alliance, complete a particularly difficult goal and then say goodbye. Friends and enemies are a fluid concept in the Exclusion Zone. Lost Light is another promising release from Netease, reminiscent in some ways of the great Disorder, but with new mechanics and an even more ambitious goal. Like with all multiplayer games, only time and a constant player community can determine its success. That said, all the Lost Light games have the ingredients to be successful.

To survive, you'll have to run through the complex's hallways and rooms, looking for anything that might help you. A gas mask, batteries for your flashlight, and keys to open certain doors will be crucial to your survival. In addition to all of the supernatural creatures you will come across in the SCP lab's hallways, you'll have to be careful of the soldiers, since they don't want you to escape. SCP - Containment Breach is an interesting adventure game of supernatural terror with great scene randomization. The story is always the same, but the hallways in the complex will change every time you play.

At the beginning of the adventure, Samus can only jump normally and use a basic shot from her weapon. However, as you progress through the game, you can improve and expand her abilities. You can convert into a ball to roll through narrow areas, or use a charged shot, just to name a couple examples. Metroid Nexus is a fan-made game with some ambitious goals (various different zones, up to five final bosses). It also includes good graphics and audio, and really wouldn't be out of place next to the Super Metroid games.

Shifter is a graphic adventure in which your aim is to escape the town of Aberdan, where your character is being held. To get out of town, you'll have to speak with different characters who live there, like a small boy playing marbles on a corner, a bum who at night sleeps close to where the boy plays during the day, and the very guards who prevent you from leaving through the town's entrance. In addition to speaking, you can pick up objects, use them, and give them to other characters, which is necessary if you want to advance in the story. The conversations, however, are Shifter's strong point, since they not only occupy most of your time but are also the game's most interesting aspect. Shifter is a very fun short adventure (it lasts less than half an hour) that has delightful graphics and a bunch of characters that you'll have a good time with.

YSoccer is a free and open source version of a classic game called Sensible World of Soccer, which is one of the most accessible and entertaining soccer games ever, released for the first time in 1994. This project was originally conceived of as Yoda Soccer, a previous version of the game that's still playable, although it lacks all the improvements included in this version. The controls are very simple. With them, you can have a blast playing soccer with a single button (plus the directional keys, of course). Depending on when and for how long you press this button, you can pass the ball or take shots on goal. If you've played before, then you'll know that if you press the arrow keys when you take a shot, you can even apply some spin, which increases your chances of scoring. Because YSoccer is free and open source, it doesn't have any official player or team licenses, so every name and logo has been replaced by a royalty-free version. That said, you can also find a patch to solve this problem on the game's official website. With this patch, you'll have all the real club logos, player names, official jerseys, and more. This is a common work-around used even for big-budget commercial games. YSoccer is an outstanding soccer game in every way. It offers a more traditional (and difficult) gaming experience for modern desktop computers. The controls can be a little difficult by current standards, but the game still feels as fresh and fun as ever.

Although the game shares some significant aesthetic similarities to Diablo II, the game offers a far more complex mechanic every step of the way. Both the character development, which offers hundreds of possibilities, and the item customization, that allows you to perform authentic actions with the objects you encounter. Besides the solo campaign, which itself holds hundreds of hours of entertainment, the game comes with a duel system where you can play against other players in battle arenas, so you can see who is the strongest among all your friends. Path of Exile is a brutal RPG in every sense of the word. Not only does it offer hundreds of hours of completely free game play (you heard right, it's free!), but it also has outstanding game mechanics and graphics that rival the giants of the genre. That's why it has no need to envy Diablo III.

Still, you need to be careful about how far out you explore, or else your adventure may end prematurely. One of the game's strong points is the incredible amount of customization that you can bring to your character. There are dozens of different abilities, hundreds of items and weapons, and many spells available for you to choose from. Eschalon Book 1 is the beginning of an adventure that no RPG fan will want to miss.
