Mail Arigato! is a 2D platformer where you play a papergirl who has to deliver letters to an entire community. Players have to gather many letters and bike around a peculiar neighborhood, delivering them to the corresponding addressee. An arrow will help you figure out which letter goes in which mailbox, although you can switch between the letters to be delivered to speed up your work. Some of the mailboxes are located in ‘floating’ areas of the neighborhood. To get to them, you need to use the jumpers scattered all over town, which let you fly for a few seconds if you combine them with the turbos that are also scattered over the road. Mail Arigato! is 2D platformer with lovely graphics and an even lovelier main character. Its gameplay, although simple, won’t fail to entertain you for a fair amount of time as you deliver all the letters.

OK, The Lemmings did well in the 80's, the game they starred in was a big hit, but soon they lost their jobs and little fights broke out. Those little fights became bigger and bigger and finally a war broke out! That's how this game starts. Lemmings at war is an oldie game which mixes two worlds: Lemmings and Worms. You'll play a worms like game where the troops are formed by Lemmings characters. It's not a great game, but the idea is good. You'll be able to choose the side and fight the war, but first you can choose two game modes: Team Death match and capture the flag.

To do so, you'll need the help of goblins to dig through walls, collect resources, build rooms, etc. Outside of 'Dungeon Keeper mode', KeeperRL provides a pretty traditional roguelike experience. You'll explore an open medieval fantasy world with different villages, important locations, and dungeons. The dungeons are full of enemies to fight like mice, ghosts, and other creatures. KeeperRL is a brilliant mix between Dungeon Keeper and the roguelike genre. Best of all, although its gameplay is profound and varied, the game's interface is accessible enough to make it quite easy to use any of its features.

Innawoods is a first person action and survival game in which you start out lost in the woods and have to try to survive both the elements and the enemies that are trying to hunt you. Your main worry is the other hunters, who will try to shoot you as soon as they have you in their sights. However, you might also die from things like hunger and thirst. In order to solve these problems, you have to eat and drink, something that is extremely important if you want to survive in the woods for long. The scenes are generated procedurally in Innawoods, so you never play two games alike. During the game, you will not only run into tons of enemies that are trying to take you down, but you will also find new weapons, ponds where you can quench your thirst, campfires where you can fill your stomach, or different animals. Innawoods is a very fun survival game with very nice graphics (though the polygons are a little coarse) and a simple, addictive gameplay. In addition, you can play alone or with other players online.

Illuminator is a wonderful horror game in which you play as a kid who's locked inside a house full of evil creatures with a flashlight as his only weapon. Fortunately, he can use the flashlight not only to shine light on his surroundings but also to kill his enemies. To do so, keep the flashlight turned off until it is fully charged. This way, whenever a monster tries to attack you, you can use the flashlight to set it on fire. The game has eight levels that can be accessed by pressing the appropriate number key. As usual, the first few levels are easier to complete and have fewer enemies, but as you advance in the game, you'll find more and more enemies that will make things more difficult for you. Illuminator is a pretty interesting game. If you play it in a dark room with a good sound system (or headphones), you are sure to get a good scare.

Headblaster is a frenetic arcade game where you control a character with a severe headache who's running around a city looking for medicine. The gameplay works like this: as time passes, your headache gets worse and worse and you get closer to dying; but the closer you are to dying, the more powerful you become when attacking random passersby in order to get medicine. Thanks to this clever gameplay, you'll have to constantly keep a balance between being relatively calm to keep from dying and going crazy enough to attack others to get the medicine you need. The problem is that when you attack someone, the police will try to stop you. And you can't beat the police. Instead, you'll have to do your best to run from them and their guns as you try to steal pills and attack people. Headblaster is a fun arcade for playing quick games of between one and five minutes. The graphics are also great, especially when you're about to die and everything is spinning around you.

Grimgala is an action game in which you have to get through different enemy-infested dungeons while trying to find all the treasure hidden within. You'll start with just a basic pistol to defend yourself, but later on you'll be able to find new, more devastating weapons. Gameplay recalls The Binding of Isaac. You move your character with the WASD keys, and shoot with the directional arrows. That means that you don't have to use your mouse - just the keyboard - to move and shoot with your character. One major strong point in Grimgala is its graphic design, which is very dark and dismal, with truly creepy pixelated enemies like spiders. As you advance through the game, you'll be able to collect runes with which to improve your attacks. The only bad thing about this system is that although it's nice to progress, eventually you actually end up having too much power. Grimgala is a fun action game with a unique visual style that offers entertaining gameplay.

Going Down is a simple game with a fun, if terrifying premise: you're the pilot of a commercial airplane that, because of a breakdown, is going down at full speed and is about to crash. Your copilot has the only parachute, and he's fixing to escape with it - but of course, neither you nor your fellow passengers are going to let that happen. That's the basis of a brutal fight between passengers as everyone tries to grab the parachute and jump out the door. To help you out, you can find and use different weapons, like umbrellas, rolled up newspapers, and hockey sticks. These make it easier to hit the other passengers, although of course they can hit you back. It's important to keep in mind that your objective is to reach the end of the plane, where the parachute and the door are located. With that in mind, it's totally possible to get there without hitting anyone, wait for whoever is wearing the parachute to try for the door, take it from them, and win. Going Down is a short action game that, while it might have a pretty bleak premise, is very fun throughout all its levels.
