The most compelling feature in Inertial Bash is its combat system. You control Amos's movements with the keyboard, except for his arms, which you control with the mouse. You want to spin your giant hammer as fast as you can to destroy everything in your path. The gameplay is quite similar to Hammerfight, another game where you use your momentum to fight enemies. You'll have to make your way through the industrial complex like this, fighting robots of various sizes and trying to break them into a million pieces. As you play, you can keep upgrading your hammer. At first it's not that big, but you can keep adding different pieces to it until it's gigantic ... or even has knives. Inertial Bash is an action game with fun touches of role and a surprisingly unique combat system. It might be difficult to get the hang of at first, but once you do, you'll love it.

Red Eclipse is a funny and frenetic game which, although featuring old graphics will give you hours of fun and it's totally free.

Identity V is an asymmetric horror game in proper Dead by Daylight style where four players are trying to survive the attacks of one other player who takes on the role of a monster. The aim of the first four is to escape with their lives, while the monster has to try to capture and take down as many survivors as he can. Before starting a new match you can pick whether you want to play a potential victim or the monster. When you play a victim, your aim is to activate a series of generators that let you open the exit door. The problem, obviously, is that the monster will be trying to chase you at all times. And the monster is always faster than the survivors. When you play as the monster, the idea is to chase the victims. Normally you can win the match just by capturing two of them, but the more you manage to trap, the higher your final score will be. Luckily even though you're outnumbered you can use a wide array of different powers to capture the other players. As you play you can gain experience and unlock new skills, characters, and skins. The game also has an overlaid narrative where a detective is investigating the complete disappearance of a family under strange circumstances. As you move forward you'll discover what happened with them. In fact, every round you play actually corresponds to an investigation. Identity V is an outstanding game that's strongly inspired by the aforementioned Dead by Daylight, although it has a Gothic cartoon aesthetic that could almost pass for a Tim Burton production. A spectacular title that made waves on smartphones and now comes to Windows in high style. And best of all, it has cross-play with both Android and iOS.

Noitu Love and The Army of Grinning Darns is a short action platformer in which you play Noitu Love, a young man whose powers make him the last hope for humanity to stop Darnacus and his army of grinning darns. Its gameplay is very simple: The action develops in 2D throughout closed environments in which you have to fight numerous enemies by using the only two buttons at your disposal: punch and jump (shift and ctrl). By pushing the punch button repeatedly, you can make combos that inflict more damage on your enemies. By pushing jump and punch, you can create a special punch that inflicts harm on all the enemies around you. The adventure is made up of 6 relatively long levels in which you'll have to confront many different types of enemies, including six final bosses that will make things tougher for you. In addition, as you move forward in the game, you can become different animals like monkeys and birds, which will help you with situations otherwise impossible to resolve as a human. Noitu Love and The Army of Grinning Darns is an excellent action platformer that will definitely keep you entertained for two or three hours. If simple graphics don't bother you, then give this game a chance - you won't regret it.

At a time when different battles have left the entire known world in ruins, you have to recover quickly if you want to defend your kingdom from your neighbors' attacks. The gameplay is pretty simple, and a tutorial guides you through the beginning of the game so you can start developing your strategy right away. You begin with a few resources to invest in buildings that let you extract more resources and gain some stability. Nonetheless, if you can't develop a strategy to extract more resources, you must create an army to sack your enemies and get what you need. Apart from planning your strategy, you can make alliances to help you move forward in your conquest by joining forces with other kingdoms. Developing your own strategy implies going into the woods, hills, and plains to take full advantage of them and adapt your strategy to your needs.

Demon is a roguelike where you play as a Summoner who acquires a powerful relic and discovers that he has to explore a mysterious tower from which no one ever returns. Your character may be weak, but with the relic, he can summon and recruit demons. Gameplay in Demon is very similar to other roguelikes, although it has some features that make it totally unique. For example, you can move your character and attack enemies, just like in other roguelikes. Your character is pretty weak, however, so you have to learn how to control the demons and monsters you find in the tower. The tower is made of more than twenty levels you'll have to beat as you work your way up. As you make your way up the tower, you'll encounter more than 100 monsters to destroy or recruit. As in Pokemon and the Shin Megami Tensei saga, you can capture all the demons you encounter. Demon is an original and fun roguelike that offers a totally new experience. Its gameplay is super accessible (you can easily play with your mouse), and it also has enjoyable graphics.

Witch Blast is a completely free roguelite inspired by The Binding of Isaac, which is, without a doubt, one of the most influential games in the genre. In this adventure, players control a young apprentice wizard who has to try and enter into the depths of a dungeon full of all kinds of enemies. Luckily, relics and new spells can be found along the way. The gameplay in Witch Blast is essentially identical to that of The Binding of Isaac. Each area of the game is divided into a series of interconnected rooms whose enemies you have to clear using your spells. With the coins you find in some very specific areas on your way, you can buy new skills and spells for your hero. By default, the controls let you move your character using the WASD keys and shoot using the arrow keys. If you have a controller (PlayStation, Xbox or any other kind of gamepad), however, you can configure it in the options menu. There, you can also adjust the volume, language settings and even customize the keys however you like. Witch Blast is a very fun roguelite that fans of The Binding of Isaac will love. The game offers a similar experience, but with enough new things and differences to seem fresh. It also has very nice visuals and a pretty cool soundtrack.

In Wikirunner there are two players: a chaser and a runner. The chaser has to reach the same page the runner is on using the internal links of every Wikipedia article. The runner has to escape the chaser by using the internal links as well. Seems simple, right? In practice, it's not easy at all. Aside from the difficulty of finding the right link in every moment, you also have to take into account the time. If you take too long to find a link that can lead you to the runner, the other player could click on a link that's completely different from the ones you're following, making you start over from scratch. It should be noted that Wikirunner uses only the English version of Wikipedia. So if English isn't your first language, you might find the game a bit too difficult.

Some places have special activities for you, like dancing at a bar or taking a dip in the pool. The whole experience of chatting with other people gets even better when you carry out different actions with your character. Keep in mind that the other players' intentions or states of mind are always visible to you. Avakin Life (GameLoop) is a great way to meet new people. The experience revolves around the fashion world, so if you've ever wanted to try out your luck as a catwalk model, here's your chance.

Super Balls is a puzzle game in which you have to put 5 or more balls of the same colour in a row to make them disappear. The idea of the game is very similar to other similar games, although this time you won't have to launch new balls like in Bust a Move or Zuma, but you'll have to move them. The goal is to build themaximum number of columns of balls of the same colour in order to earn more points. It's quite difficult and challenging, so we have find it very funny. Super Balls is an amusing game with simple mechanics, easy to play and difficult to master. In short, one of those games that can keep you playing for hours.

Castlevania Roguelike is a roguelike inspired by the Castlevania universe, developed for the 7DRL competition in 2005, and over time transformed into an excellent role-playing game. There are six character classes that you can choose from: vampire killer, darkness renegade, vanquisher wizard, souls' master, man-beast, and knight. Each one of them has its own abilities and special skills. As in all the games of this genre, in Castlevania Roguelike the maps are generated randomly, creating different levels in which you can find lots of enemies, some of them already well-known in the saga, like skeletons that throw bones, giant wolves, zombies, etc. Naturally, you won't only find enemies in the game, your adventures will also lead you to find different objects, artifacts, armors, and weapons, all from the Castlevania universe. As the images show, the game has the graphics of a Gameboy Advance game, or of the classic Symphony of the Night. In fact, some of the sprites used in the game are very similar to those used in Symphony of the Night. Castlevania Roguelike is an excellent roguelike. The graphics make it appealing, and it still offers an old-style difficult challenge. A true great game for those who like this genre.

UNGA needs MUMBA is a traditional graphic adventure set in the stone age, where players get to control a caveman that must bring his woman's favorite food, which is none other than mammoth meat. The gameplay is very similar to other typical graphic adventures: you'll have to talk to different characters, pick up objects and interact with the different elements surrounding you. Basically, you'll need to use your head and think a little before you act. UNGA needs MUMBA is a short but very entertaining graphic adventure that, despite not having an amazing story line or charismatic characters, has a lot of fun to offer.

Dungeon Dogan is a puzzle game where you control a group of explorers who, after getting a treasure hidden at the very bottom of some catacombs, become victims of a curse that will kill them in less than 10 seconds. Your aim in each level is to keep Professor Dogan alive until the end. The other members of his expedition (warriors, strongmen, and demolition men) are totally expendable, although vital in certain key moments on some levels. In other words, you can let some die, but you'll need to keep some of the others alive for strategic purposes. The demolition men, for example, are needed for moving rocks out of your path, while the warriors can murder the killer apes. In any case, it's important to keep in mind that all the characters can move only a limited number of times before dying... unless they're touching a black tile. Dungeon Dogan is a puzzle game with a very well-developed gameplay and brilliant graphics. Another outstanding project from the Spanish studio Deconstructeam, developers of the popular Gods Will Be Watching.

StoryBook Tactics is a turn-based SRPG where you play a group of adventurers whose aim is to save the world from the attack of an evil necromancer, who's converted a large majority of adventurers to his cause. To this end, you'll have to use this reduced group of intrepid cubes (the character design is certainly odd) and plunge into your adventure. The gameplay is the classic one for SRPGs: you can move your group around a world map and, every time you get to a new zone, you have to participate in a battle. In these battles, which are the heart of the game, you have to fight tons of different enemies who try to end your heroes' lives. As you continue winning your characters will improve ... until you finally face off against the necromancer. StoryBook Tactics is a very fun game that, despite its outdated graphics, offers an entertaining enough gameplay to keep you hooked for hours. In fact, it's an Xbox Live Arcade game that's come to PC and is absolutely free.

A Game Jam is an event where designers and programmers join to develop a videogame in a limited time. Surgeon Operator was developed in 48 hours during the last Global Game Jam in London. Inspired by the popular board game Operation, Surgeon Operator converts you in an amateur surgeon that has to do open-heart surgery, for which you will have all the tools of a real surgeon at your disposal. The difficulty lies in its deliberately complicated gameplay. It assigns one key to each finger of your hand, which you can move and spin with the mouse. This turns something simple as taking a scalpel into an epic journey. On the other hand, the difficulty is compensated by the possibility to make real damage during the surgery, giving chilling results but revealing a genius dark humor. If you're not freaked out when tearing a lung from between the ribs or hammering a heart, then download Surgeon Simulator and you will have lots of fun!

Steampac is a maze game directly inspired by the classic Pac-Man. This version has exactly the same gameplay, but now it's with 3D graphics and a steampunk look. On each level, your goal is to eat all the balls scattered throughout the maze, trying to avoid the ghosts, which will chase you and try to eat you. Once you've eaten all the balls, you'll move on to a more difficult level where you'll do it all over again. Steampac has the traditional Pac-Man gameplay, which is probably familiar to anyone who has ever played a video game. Thanks to this visual makeover, though, it appeals to an even wider audience.

Super Mario Brawl is a good beat'em up with some of the most personable and familiar characters in the entire game industry, in this case starring in a completely different game from the original.

One of the most interesting features in Age of Empires Online, is that you can play against both the computer by joining up with friends to play online duels against the computer, or play in a continual world in pure MMO-style . While you can play for free, but if you want to fully enjoy the game, you must buy some special content packages, although these are not strictly necessary to enjoy Age of Empires Online. Graphically, the game is a real joy. The almost cartoon style fits perfectly with the fun gameplay, and what´s more, the graphics are good enough to be perfectly acceptable without requiring a super powerful machine. Age of Empires Online is a title with the potential to provide you with dozens of hours of gameplay. Whether solo, in co-op on, or on a server with lots of other people, you can enjoy its fun gameplay without handing over any of your cash.
