The Bridge is a puzzle and platform game with very similar mechanics to `And Yet it Moves´. In it we will have to overcome a series of levels that reminds strongly to the artist M.C.Escher´s famous pictures. To finish each level we will have to go through a door which will often be locked. To open it will have to either use the key itself, or use a stone to set off a mechanism. But of course... doing this will not be easy at all while we´re turning the world at the same time. This is because the basic mechanics of the game will make us have to turn the world to get from one place to another and play with the physics of the objects on the stage. The Bridge is an independent game with a fantastic visual section; it has Xbox 360 control port, its own achievements system and enough levels to keep us entertained for a few hours.

Not Pacman is a new version of the classic Pacman, and while it shares a lot in common with this giant from Namco, its gameplay is quite different. In this version, you don't control pacman, you control the map, rotating it either way to make the character fall whichever way you like. This means that any time you tilt the stage left, both the yellow hero and the ghosts roll left, and the same happens if you tilt the stage right. The goal of the game is the same, to eat all the dots without getting caught by ghost. However, the type of challenge is very different. The game's graphics are the same as the original. While they might be outdated, it would seem just wrong if it were anything else. Not Pacman is a very entertaining game that goes beyond a simple novelty to offer a fun game to play, that requires just a little skill and patience

Back to Bed is a fun puzzle game that uses a very similar gameplay to that of the brilliant ChuChu Rocket! from Dreamcast. It puts you in the skin of a strange character, Bob, who is a narcoleptic sleepwalker. Your goal is to return him safely to his bed. Bob will always move in a straight line, no matter which level you're on, though he'll turn clockwise when he encounters an obstacle. Your goal is to guide him to his bed as best as you can. To do so you can move items and put them in his way so he turns in a certain direction. The game has 12 different levels that pose 12 increasingly complex puzzles. In all of them, you'll discover new items that further complicate things. Aesthetically speaking, Back to Bed is reminiscent of Giorgio de Chirico's drawings. The landscapes and dream elements, given the nature of the game, feel quite apt. And the fact that everything is three-dimensional and has very careful character modeling helps the general look of the game even more. Back to Bed is a very entertaining game. Although it's rather short, it has an interesting gameplay, a fun premise, and very good graphics. Even better? It's completely free.

These cards with spells allow you to cast magic during your battles, in addition to four other types of actions that are fundamental if you want to win the game's most important battles. Vecinity is a first person puzzle game, which its developers define as 'Portal made by an independent team'. The reality, of course, is not quite as good looking, but the game does offer an interesting experience nonetheless. The player assumes the role of Claire, a young woman who, with the help of a number of high-tech gadgets, must gain access to an abandoned science laboratory to retrieve the Control Cube, a mysterious artefact that allows you to bend reality itself. As you would expect, the lab is full of traps and puzzles that require our heroine use her 'Dynamic Force Manipulator', an artefact with which she can manipulate objects from a distance. In practice, this device works in very similar way to the legendary gravity gun from Half-Life 2. With these tools in hand and with a series of rooms full of puzzles lying ahead, the player's objective is to get in, collect the cube, and get out, without the poor Claire being left stuck in the complex forever. And as you will quickly find out, this will be no easy task. Vecinity is an entertaining first-person puzzle and platform game, which while sharing some similarities with Portal, unsurprisingly fails to reach that game’s dizzying heights. That said, it's still well worth the effort, and will probably last no more than an hour and a half to any fan of the genre.

This Precious Land is a puzzle game with mechanics that are very similar to those of the excellent Triple Town, where you have to place different tiles of landscape in order to create a wonderful world, bit by bit. So, you have to place two of the same type of tile next to each other in order to make something better. For example, if you put two grass tiles next to each other, you'll create woodland, and if you put two woodlands next to each other, you'll have a forest of trees, and so on. One big difference between this game and the mechanics of Triple Town is that in This Precious Land you can harvest the tiles that you create. When you do so, you'll get two kinds of resources, and with those resources you can create new tiles that are different from the basic grass tiles. This Precious Land doesn't have great graphics, but it doesn't really need to. The game uses simple pixelated graphics that don't interfere at all with the simple and extremely addictive mechanics. In addition, it has an enchanting retro feel to it. This Precious Land is a brilliant puzzle game with original and fun mechanics that can keep you entertained for hours. Even though this game is completely free, it's one of those games that could cost an arm and a leg and still be worth it.

Blocksum is a puzzle game that, despite looking like a sort of Tetris or Bejeweled at first glance, offers more than that: it offers a challenging experience for those in search of truly complicated puzzles. Your aim in Blocksum is to make all the blocks that appear on each level disappear. But, as you see from the beginning, each of these blocks comes with a number. The gameplay is simple: to make all the blocks containing a certain number disappear, you'll need at least the same number of blocks as the ones you want to get rid of. You can join blocks with the mouse and make bigger blocks, but you should only do that if you know you'll be able to break them. For example, you can create an enormous block of 12 or 13, but you'll be in a really, really bad spot when you go to get rid of it. You can create lots of blocks of three, though, and try to get rid of them all at once to get more points. Blocksum is a puzzle game that, thanks to its mathematical twist, succeeds in offering an experience that's very different from most other games in this genre.
